Refunds & Returns

As each piece is handmade and unique, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact MJ at hello@mjmceramics.store within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll do our best to resolve it.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify me within this 14-day period. If you withdraw, items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made or personalised items, in accordance with EU consumer law.
